Sheri went above and beyond as a realtor. She was patient throughout all of our questions, and always made sure we were confident with any choices we made.

In my opinion, this was not an easy sale. Sheri had to guide us through the process every step of the way. Her recommendations for a hauler were spot on as were her many other recommendations. She made herself available when we needed her. She interacted easily with our estate attorneys.

Sheri worked through, based on my experience, one of the more challenging house sales (and especially closings). She was highly professional, diligent, and calm under higher stress situations. I'd highly recommend her and will use her again if ever needed.

Sheri Rhoads is very personable and warm. Sheri was patient and encouraging when the first offer fell through, and we had to go back on the market. She helped with a lot of practical issues, especially in the final push to take care of the last details and clear the house. She went above and beyond the norm. Our daughter referred her to us. We developed a great friendship outside of the real estate transaction.

Sheri was a great communicator, well organized, and on top of everything needed to make it to and through closing, which was a breeze. She has great connections with the resources and services we needed, such as a home inspector, and also has good referrals for all the other service providers we needed post-closing. We would definitely recommend her.
